I am Shay Klain. I speak and run workshops on artificial intelligence for professional audiences - with a particular focus on medicine and clinical research.
My sessions are not tool demonstrations. They are about the harder question: how a clinician, a researcher or a professional team changes the way they search, analyse, write and decide once AI is genuinely part of the work.
A growing part of my work sits at the meeting point of artificial intelligence and medicine - not as theory, but through uses that change how doctors and healthcare professionals work, research, analyse information and present knowledge.
This includes lectures, workshops and training for medical audiences, alongside participation in professional conferences in Israel and abroad. I am a member of AAGL, the international society for minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and work at the connection between technology, innovation and clinical practice.
The aim is never to replace a physician’s knowledge or judgement. It is to show how AI strengthens professional capability: working faster, reaching information more intelligently, analysing large volumes of content - and freeing more time for the work that genuinely requires human expertise.
I have lectured and run AI workshops outside Israel, among other places in India and in Bulgaria, and take part in international professional activity that connects technology, innovation and medicine.

"Practical tools for healthcare professionals, from clinical research to daily workflow." A working session with delegates rather than a lecture - each participant left with something running.
Working abroad connects the experience built with companies and organisations in Israel to professionals, lecturers and physicians from other countries - and exposes the different needs, constraints and working habits through which AI is entering professional life today.
In English or Hebrew, on site or remote. Content is built around the audience: a room of surgeons and a room of researchers do not need the same session.

Delegates work on their own material - a paper, a dataset, a presentation - and leave with a result, not notes.
A working group goes through search, analysis, writing and presentation with AI, on real cases from their department.
Several sessions over weeks, so practice has time to settle into how the team actually works.
The examples come from the audience’s own field. A generic AI talk is forgotten by the coffee break.
Where models are wrong, where they invent, and which tasks should not be handed to them at all.
Privacy, patient data and professional accountability are part of the session, not a disclaimer at the end.
Thirty years of management, technology and digital work sit behind this - building and leading teams, and taking new technology into organisations that already have plenty to do. AI is not a trend to present; it is a change in how people and organisations work.
